I started out like many men – big dreams, without the energy, motivation, or knowledge required to achieve them. During Phase 2, is where everything levels up. This is where you’ll learn how to properly track calories and macros, while improving strength, digestion, sleep, stress, and hormones. This includes the fundamentals of performance, training, and nutrition, how to track food intake, suggested supplements, and more. Phase 2 is also where you unlock weekly group calls with your fellow men in the program.
Phase 3 will show you how to optimise all areas of your training, health, and mindset for lifelong success, prosperity, and fulfillment. Ideally yes. Lifting weights is a requirement for our men to participate in coaching. So either you must have a commercial gym membership, a group fitness membership with a strength component, or a well equipped home gym.

We then create the most optimal plan to suit you and your needs.
