SERVICE DELIVERY POLICY

How Our Services Are Delivered

The Apex Coaching Academy provides 100% virtual coaching services that include:

  • Online Nutrition Coaching Services
  • Online Exercise Coaching Services
  • Weekly Check-Ins delivered contingent upon client adherence
  • Ad-Hoc phone call / Zoom call at the discretion of the Coach
  • Private Message Support Monday - Friday (+ weekends at the Coach's discretion)

Program Access Timeline

  • Upon successful payment, clients will receive access to their coaching program materials within 24-48 hours.
  • Specific onboarding instructions will be sent to your provided email address.
  • Services commence on the agreed start date in your coaching agreement.
  • Standard coaching programs are for a 12-week fixed term.

Access Methods & Requirements

  • Clients will need access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet connection.
  • Communication will be primarily through our coaching app interface.
  • Clients may need to download specific applications as instructed by their coach.
  • Technical support is available by contacting your coach directly.

Service Availability

  • Your Coach is available to provide Coaching Services during the hours of 9AM to 5PM in the Coach's local timezone, Monday through Friday.
  • Any support provided outside of this time frame will be at the discretion of the Coach.
  • The Coach will respond to clients within 1 business day, or 2 business days if documents are to be reviewed.
  • Coaches may take holidays and vacations throughout the year and will notify clients within 7 days of these time periods.

Program Extensions & Renewals
Once a client has completed the minimum term (12 WEEKS), an automatic rollover to a no-lock-in month-to-month agreement will be implemented, or the client has the option to continue coaching for an additional 3 or 6 month fixed term at a discounted rate (offered at the discretion of the Coach).
