REFUND POLICY
No-Refund Policy
At The Apex Coaching Academy (ACA), in order to honor the commitment of existing and future clients, we do not offer refunds on our coaching programs. When you purchase a coaching program, you are securing dedicated time, resources, and expertise from our coaching team.
Payment Terms
All clients understand that payment for services is due according to the agreed-upon schedule in their service agreement.
If payments are not made on time, clients agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month, or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
For recurring payments, our third-party payment provider "Stripe" will charge a late fee of $5.50 for every failed direct debit attempt.
In the event of a failed payment, Stripe will attempt another re-debit after three business days and will re-attempt 3 times before notifying The Apex Coaching Academy. Each failed payment will result in further late fee charges.
Service Interruption Exceptions
If The Apex Coaching Academy is unable to perform the duties under the service agreement due to illness, emergency, fire, casualty, strike, act of God, or causes beyond our control, we will make every attempt to reschedule any affected sessions.
Termination Process
Clients have the unilateral right to terminate the use and access to the Coaching Services by sending an email to brodie@apexcoachingacademy.com.au.
Termination will not excuse clients of any further/outstanding payments owed to The Apex Coaching Academy.
Upon confirmation of termination, any outstanding balances remaining as outlined in the Fixed Term Agreement will become immediately due and payable.
Any outstanding balances that remain after 14 days from the date of termination will be sent to a debt collections agency, and client agrees to be responsible for any additional charges, fees or costs associated with such a collection effort.
