Before working with Brodie & Adam, I thought I had some idea about what I was doing, I didn't have my mind 100% on the prize and I didn't understand the eating side of it all I realised.

My goal was to build muscle and lose body fat, especially around my midsection. I tried YouTube and various gym routines and bodybuilding programs, but nothing stuck for longer than a few weeks, and my eating habits were way off what I knew I needed.

Despite initial hesitation doing “online coaching”, seeing a good friend's crazy transformation convinced me that you guys were the real deal. Throughout my time working with Adam, we focused heavily on building lean muscle while keeping body fat low through the build phase.

The results have been great. I've watched the scales go up slowly as I am gaining mass, while also slowly seeing the lowering of body fat, and my confidence has improved because of the guidance you have given me.. I believe anyone committed to a healthy lifestyle can benefit from your service. Its more than training, dieting, and running. It's EVERYTHING you never knew you needed in one end-to-end coaching experience.

Adam and the team know their stuff and have simplified training and eating for me, providing the push I didn't know I needed.
