Before working with Brodie and the ACA team, I felt constantly frustrated because I knew I didn't have the knowledge and drive to make important changes in my life that would ultimately lead to me being more physically and mentally fit. I always made excuses as to why I wasn’t making progress, but Brodie has held me to an extremely high standard since Day 1, and pushing through the hard days makes my weekly progress check-in's all the more sweeter.

I tried lots of different training methods over the years trying to achieve my dream physique, which seemed to always lead to disappointment. Since I started training with ACA, I’ve made more progress than ever and I firmly believe I will never return to the way I was again. My results? 11kg+ down in 4 months! I never knew that was even possible. I’ve learnt how to count calories efficiently while still being able to eat the things I want as long as I fit them in my macros.

During our time together, we focused on a combination of strength training, cardio exercises, and nutritional guidance. Brodie and his team took the time to understand my goals and designed a tailored protocol that challenged me while keeping me motivated every day. He was always available to answer my questions, provide support, and adjust the program based on my progress.Progressive overload was something I was completely oblivious to as well. It has completely changed the way I view weight training. I used to just head into the gym and train whatever I felt like doing on the day. I’ve now since realised that training that way is not optimal, and think lots of people would benefit from having Brodie as their coach/mentor. He’s always positive and excited and always gives you the extra motivation to smash your goals for the week.

This entire coaching experience with ACA really has helped me stay motivated and focused this time, and I couldn't recommend Brodie and his team more.
