Mentally I was feeling fucked from the rollercoaster I kept putting my body through ,sampling all the stupid FAD diets I could from intermittent fasting, to keto, to even carnivore for 6 weeks coupled with training as hard as I could all with unsustainable results.
Honestly dude, I was fairly hesitant in joining anything online. I thought this was another insta fitness influencer with a TAFE certificate trying to scalp my coin, pushing there shitty supplement/clothing line trying to get a G wagon like that wanker EBT. But boy was I wrong! You lot are an extremely knowledgeable bunch that know exactly what you are doing every single step of the way. I've never had the support and guidance I've received from Adam & Brodie and I can't express how big of an impact having that support has made.
Why did I join? Well, the video chat I had with Brodie a few days after I enquired via social media was great. He just seemed real genuine, wasn’t there to just take my coin give me some copy and paste fitness and nutrition bullshit plan. He also said a few things that motivated me to do what I’ve done, if it wasn’t for him I dare say I’d still be around the 135 mark going round and round in circles. During the 6mths, we focused on literally EVERYTHING - from sleep, gym, nutrition, energy levels, mobility, stress, brain health, gut health, joint health, stretching.
Here's my results: Down 21kgs, running 5kms without stopping or fucking my knee up, sleeping the best I have in a long time, waking up energised and recharged, recovering even better than I thought you could naturally, and flexibility is tenfold what it was.
