Before working with you, I felt crap with everything. I was unhappy with my appearance but couldn't get out of my own way to take action. Motivation to go to the gym was terrible, and I felt uncomfortable going alone and training by myself. Baggy clothes became my go-to to hide my insecurities, and I became a homebody because of my lack of confidence.

My main challenges were improving my relationship with food and addressing mindless eating habits that led to me ending up how I was. I didn't like who I was or who I saw in the mirror. 

I tried various short-term 8/12wk challenges before, which worked temporarily, but didn't address the root issues I had. I always ended up back where I was eventually due to never learning anything, and never having someone keep me accountable.

During our time together, we’ve focused on self-acceptance, mental wellness, and developing a healthier relationship with food and exercise. I've gained so much confidence in the gym, a solid understanding of nutrition, and the accountability I always needed which has led to my first long-term approach to my well-being.

If I were to recommend someone to Adam & Brodie, it’d be anyone who wants to improve their general wellbeing - mindset, mental health & relationship with food. Someone who just needs some guidance in putting all the pieces together because they can't quite figure it out themselves & they keep putting it in the too hard basket, yet still remain unsatisfied with where they are at health-wise.

And trust me, it's worth it. You get everything at your fingertips - workout plans, support to ask questions or make adjustments if necessary, food coaching as well. Everything that clicks together for our health & wellbeing can be achieved all at once. Thank you for your help & guidance guys. You're patient, insightful & helpful with any of the weird & wonderful things I come up with.
